Second Ministry Establishment Act has been approved

Four more Ministries have been established

In a landmark decision aimed at bolstering effective governance and promoting the welfare of its citizens, the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Inocria has officially adopted an Act establishing four new ministries. The newly established ministries are as follows:

• Ministry of Physical and Mental Health: Tasked with promoting the health and well-being of all citizens, this ministry will develop and implement health policies, oversee healthcare services, and promote awareness on health issues, including preventive care and mental health support.
• Ministry of Culture and Information: This ministry will focus on preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of Inocria while ensuring the free flow of information. Responsibilities include supporting arts and culture initiatives, promoting cultural exchange, and overseeing media regulation to ensure access to accurate information.
• Ministry of Energetics and Resources: Responsible for managing the nation’s energy resources, this ministry will formulate energy policies that promote sustainability and efficiency, oversee the exploration and management of natural resources, and foster international cooperation and trade agreements.
• Ministry of Information Technology and Sports: This ministry will advance technology and promote sports among citizens. It will enhance digital infrastructure, support innovation in information technology, and encourage physical activity through sports programs and initiatives.

The Head of the Legislative Assembly, who will also serve as the future President of the Republic of Inocria, will appoint individuals to lead each ministry, subject to the approval of the Legislative Assembly. Appointees are required to possess relevant experience and a commitment to the values and goals of the Republic.

Each ministry will be allocated a budget determined by the Legislative Assembly, ensuring they have the necessary resources to fulfill their responsibilities effectively. Furthermore, the ministries will be accountable to the Legislative Assembly and the citizens, providing regular reports on their activities and expenditures.
