Ministry Establishment Act has been approved

Four Ministries have been established

The Legislative Assembly of Inocria is proud to announce the approval of the Ministries Establishment Act, which establishes four key ministries aimed at promoting effective governance and enhancing the welfare of our citizens. These ministries are essential components of our government, each with specific responsibilities to ensure the stability, security, and prosperity of the Republic of Inocria.

Established Ministries are:

• Ministry of Reunification: Tasked with fostering dialogue and cooperation among communities to achieve national unity and healing.
• Ministry of Internal Affairs: Responsible for overseeing domestic matters, including law enforcement, public safety, and emergency management.
• Ministry of External Affairs: Manages foreign relations and represents Inocria on the international stage, formulating foreign policy and promoting international cooperation.
• Ministry of Defense: Ensures national security and defense, overseeing the armed forces and coordinating with international allies.

The Head of the Legislative Assembly, and in the future, the President of the Republic of Inocria, will appoint individuals to lead each ministry, subject to the Assembly's approval. Appointees must possess relevant experience and a commitment to the values of our nation.

Each ministry will receive a budget determined by the Legislative Assembly, ensuring they have the resources needed to fulfill their responsibilities. They will be accountable to the Assembly and the citizens, providing regular reports on their activities and expenditures.

The establishment of these ministries reaffirms our commitment to effective governance, national unity, and the protection of citizens' rights and freedoms. This Act takes effect immediately upon adoption.
